TurboTax Premier 2024 won't Activate on Windows 11

2024 TurboTax Premier installed on Windows 11.  When I start up the TurboTax program on my laptop, the Activate Screen pops up, lists the correct product code, and provides no path forward whatsoever.  

When I investigated reinstalling, TurboTax stated that I already have it installed.

Does anyone have a recommendation?  Thank you.

I was running TurboTax Premier 2024 on Windows 10 and after upgrading to Windows 11 it won't start. I tried repair and also re-install and neither of these options worked. How do I fix it?

Some TurboTax customers who are attempting to activate their 2024 TurboTax Desktop product may experience an issue with being looped back to the sign-in screen with no error message, after attempting to sign-in.
