Husband has a W2 from TX and we have lived in PA all year (he works remotely part-time for this entity in TX). There is no info listed under state at all on the w2 (presumably because TX has no state income tax), so I left those fields blank as instructed. Now that I am into the state return (for PA), that w2 is not showing up and there doesn't seem to be any way to add it myself. So, how can I file using turbotax?

The W-2 RW must also be completed when a PA resident taxpayer works in another state and
Pennsylvania tax is not withheld from the wages when insufficient information is included on the W-2 to adjust the wages to the amount of world-wide wages a Pennsylvania resident would be subject to using Pennsylvania personal income tax rules.
Thanks for your reply. Is the turbotax system going to prompt me to fill out this form if I keep going or am I not going to be able to submit this through turbo tax and should stop wasting any more time? And, yes, I realize that we need to claim this income in PA and be taxed on it. Just doesn't seem an elegant way to account for it in turbotax. Thanks again.
To my surprise, you have to at least repeat the box 1 amount from the W-2 in box 16 and "PA" in box 15. You should have 0 in Box 17 (since you had no PA withholding). I hope you can get by with no PA state ID number.
I am surprised because the code in TurboTax for most states ignores the box 16 amounts, but takes it from the federal return.
Before you enter things in the state boxes, please see this PA page for why the PA wages can be different than federal wages. Then enter the amounts in the state boxes on your W-2.
Note that the IRS does not inspect these boxes (15, 16, 17) because they are used only by the states, so you can't hurt your federal return this way.
