Can anyone recommend how to address multiple calculation bugs in the desktop version of TurboTax Home and Business? I have encountered multiple discrepancies so far between the values I enter and the values that show up on the summary pages...for instance in Other Operating Expenses, the total is more than $50 off from the actual values entered.
While the actuals on the forms appear correct this is highly frustrating and makes it more difficult to reconcile P&L statements etc.

I'm having similar issues with Turbo Tax Deluxe. I've never had issues in the past but it runs the check, says nothing is wrong and then when I go to transmit it has a calculation error that is different than when I input and it won't let me fix the error. So frustrating!
I called TurboTax to report one bug and while the specific line I mentioned appeared corrected after a few days, newer and more obvious errors appeared after that. I don't want to have to call and wait for a customer service person every single time.
I have H&B for Windows and don't have problems. What other lines do you have problems with? Can you give specific details and maybe screen shots? Is it just on Schedule C? Do you keep the program updated? Go up to Online-Check for Updates.
@VolvoGirl I have updated the software a few times, yes and the numbers are still off.
It's a little difficult to screenshot the entire page but the below snip from excel represents the values as entered in the "Other Common Business Expenses" section, and they are correctly displayed until you get to the summary page where the total $49 too low.

Additionally, in the Assets being depreciated section, I have only entered information for one laptop computer and docking station, the total value of which are about $1,100, and the depreciation for this year amounts to $832 as shown below. On the summary page, however, the total is $1,604. I'm unsure as to whether TurboTax is pulling data from another section in this case??

These are the only sections I've noticed so far -- there were others that were off before but TT appears to have fixed them after I called in. I'd rather not have to call every time I find something.
You should be able to successfully efile your returns. Please update the Business Turbotax software.
@LindaB1993 I have updated the software multiple times and the calculation errors are still there. This is a problem.
Sometimes this can occur in response to how your computer is interacting with the TurboTax software. It may help to clear the cookies and cache on your computer as follows:

Also, if you have another computer, it may help to install the software on that computer.
Thank you @ThomasM125 that seems to have fixed the problem! Regarding the operating expenses I found that there was actually no error, as the meals deduction is 50% of the total and this accounts for the difference. The other calc errors I was seeing appear to be fixed.
Whew! I've been comparing your screen shots with my program and couldn't figure anything more out to tell you to check. Thanks for posting back and letting us know.
