I am locked out of my account since yesterday. I need to get back in to sign and file my taxes. Yesterday the account froze, had chat help, but could never get back in. Need to get in and see if it will work now.
Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. You may also want to change browsers, for example, if you are using Chrome, try switching to Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
You can try recovering your account with your phone number. All you need is the account information that was used to set up your account. If you don't have that information or you need assistance getting back into your account, you can follow the steps in this TurboTax FAQ here.
