TurboTax Claims Forms Not Available, IRS Says They Are

I can't file because TurboTax Home & Business 2020 says:  Schedule C, 8606-T, 8889-T, 4562, and 8995A are not available.  But the IRS website at https://www.irs.gov/e-file-providers/list-of-available-free-file-fillable-forms#Form4562

Says they are.  Is this some sort of defect in my TurboTax installation (I have repeatedly tried to update), or is something else going on?

I now see all these forms are listed as available on the TurboTax site too:  https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_fed_windows_individual.htm...

So this is looking like a program bug--how does one get support for this?

All I need is the Stolen Identity form. I have the letter and code number, provided by the IRS. I completed my return three weeks ago and it’s sitting until Turbo Tax gets their act together.

Since the Form 14039 Identity Theft Affidavit can only be printed and mailed or faxed, it cannot be e-filed, just use the IRS Form 14039 on the IRS website to complete, print, sign, date and mail or fax to the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f14039.pdf
