TurboTax calculated my total Child Tax Credit as less than the maximum amount. What is this calculated from? 2021 AGI? How do I find that before I file?

I have two children under 6. It should be a total of $7,200.

As you walk through the questions, your refund numbers will change.  The full Child Tax Credit is added to your refund number after you enter your children and a little more information.  When you enter the amount you already received, it is deducted from the full amount that is already part of the refund amount showing. 

You can see your Child Tax Care Credit amount on line 28 of form 1040.  You can see your form 1040 by clicking the following:
