Cantina,
Something is messed up! I can see not allowing two or more people of activating wuth a message to the fact, but to keep 4-balls spinning around for ever is really WRONG! Something is not right here.
Had same issue with TurboTax but also with another site that would not remember my computer. The other website help line agreed to reboot router, disable firewalls and antivirus programs all without success. Then was advised to disable all extensions on my preferred browser and was able to see that my computer was remembered. Additionally, TurboTax now remembers me as well. Disable your extensions and try again.
Actually the proper answer is that Intuit, the company that has collected $60-$70 for their software fixes their software. The people here aren't trying to violate Intuit's license. It seems to me that Intuit is the one violating the license by not providing working software. Though, I'm guessing the lawyers and product managers have written their way around that with a 50 page EULA that the rest of us can't understand nor have the time to read.
Can someone forward this to tech support and get a real response?

Reinstalling TurboTax fixed it for me. Also reset my license activation count back to zero.
(fyi - I used Revo-Uninstaller & removed left over registry entries & folders too).
