I have a W-2 and a 1099-NEC. Those are listed under "Job" and "self-employment." I answered "no" to every category under "Miscellaneous, 1099-A, 1099-C" and yet it still says I have income of $6, 387. How do I remove this?

You can review the amounts entered as Miscellaneous Income in TurboTax online by going to Wages & Income and scrolling down to Less Common Income and clicking Revisit for MIscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C.
I have revisited that section multiple times and have entered no amounts and clicked "no" for every category. It still gives me $6000 income in the summary and final report.
You have a W-2 form, would you clarify where you entered the W-2?
under "income"
For half of the year I was self employed and have a 1099-NEC for contract work. The other half I have a W2 for.
You stated you still have $6000 in the Income Summary, would you clarify, what should the total be?
Every other income summary is correct. But the “Miscellaneous” income summary shows $6000 even though I answered “no” to everything in that section and didn’t enter any amounts there.
Go to Tax Tools > Tools, and choose 'View Tax Summary' from the pop-up. Then, back at the left-side menu, choose 'Preview my 1040'. Scroll through and see if your W-2 income and Self Employment Income are correct. What you are seeing may only be a display issue, if your tax forms are correct.
Otherwise, you will need to Print/Save a copy of your return (in the FILE section) so you can review it to find the incorrect entry.
A 1099-NEC is considered miscellaneous income subject to Self-employment taxes unless it connected to a Schedule C.
