Turbo Tax is insisting that I need to upgrade from the free version to file because I do have Lifelong learning credit, how can I fix this?

Within the wizard, I am told that I am not eligible for Lifelong Learning Credit (because I owe no taxes).  When I try to file, I am told that I need to upgrade in order to do so (since I supposedly have Lifelong Learning Credit).

If you don't qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit,  or want to eliminate it, you'll have to delete the forms that are related to education credits.

 If you see form 8863 and form 1098-T, delete them. Click here for instructions
