Turbo Tax H&B refused to efile with issue on Form 8824

When I am ready to efile, TurboTax (desktop) keeps saying I have issue on Form 8824. It says:

"Not a related exchange - Form 8824 should not be completed if the exchange was made in a prior year and was not made with a related party. Verify exchange dates or remove Form 8824".

I have an exchange across 2021 (giving up a property) and 2022 (acquiring a replacement property). And the exchange has nothing to do with a related party. So, I checked "no" when asked "Was the exchange made with a related party?" in Form 8824 General Information Smart Worksheet. I believe everything was entered correctly.

Appreciate anyone to give me hint on how to bypass this only issue before efiling!

I truly think it is a bug in Turbo Tax.

My last resort is to print it out and mail the paper. Just a shame we still need to use this method in the tech age!
