I HAVE BEEN BEEN HAVING PC PROBLEMS AND HAVE EXCEEDED THE 5 ACTIVATIONS MAX. HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM? I ACTUALLY HAVE ONLY 3 PC'S.

Wanted to pass along a simple fix to this problem. After trying the guidance , disabling antivirus/anti-malware/firewall, restarting router/modem, and reconfiguring TCP/IP settings, I realized that I had a jump drive in the USB port. I removed the jump drive and turbo tax 2019 started right up again.
Hope this helps someone else.
