I entered my license code and it's telling me PC not supported even though I purchased for windows home and biz $130 for the year 2024. Order number: [removed]

please advise. also I am pretty sure i logged in with my quickbooks login instead of my normal turbo tax login when I made the purchase, not sure if that matters. My normal turbo tax login is wmsgeorge with email [email address removed] but I login to quickbooks for my business with [email address removed]

Where asked which operating system you use, did you select PC/Windows?
I am unable to. If you see that second image in the message, it shows that it's grayed out and it says "Not Supported." for windows.
You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.

I am having the same exact issue, did you ever figure out how to download it??
have you logged into your Turbotax account and gone to the products and billing section? It should be there. if not contact support
