Turbo Tax AI is less than helpful. I am receiving an error message that the pdf I'm trying to upload is not a pdf. I assure you it is. What the heck?

I would suggest that you rename your document and try to upload it again. Follow the steps below to upload your document when you are ready:

1. Select Documents on the left menu
2. Select your desired tax year
3. Select Upload and select the document you want to upload
4. Select Done or Upload another tax form
