First of all we need to know what product you are referring to--are you using online TurboTax (browser version) or desktop software?    Since you said "stopped working after update", that makes me think you're using desktop software, or did you mean after an operating system update like Windows or Mac update?    The mention of "login screen" is confusing, however, since that implies Online TurboTax (browser version.)   So please explain further so we have an idea of your issue.

If you're using Online TurboTax and can't log in to your account, we can tell you another method to log in, then you can reset password, 2-factor authentication, etc. in your profile.
