This is an old thread with many different issues being presented.
What page are you referring to? What form information are you trying to add? What is the rejection code?

Guessing that the information in this TurboTax support FAQ may help - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejected-tax-return/help/how-do-i-fix-e-file-reject-f8962-070/00/2...
But it’s dumbassed by TurboTax.. I’m a disabled VET with FREE insurance through VA… AND as if that wasn’t enough.. my kids needed insurance still so I was double covered and STILL this garbage.. sorry… SEVERAL other countries figured this out already.. we’re medieval still..
I was insured by Amazon as we for my wife/kids’ sake.. that.. was easy to get… but still NO IDEA where to put in any data..

Follow the procedure in this TurboTax support FAQ for IRS error code you received - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejected-tax-return/help/how-do-i-fix-e-file-reject-f8962-070/00/2...
It said taxes were denied cause of no insurance code #f8962-070
No market place insurance either
If you do not have a Form 1095-A or a Form 8962 in your return and the rejection says that it is missing, the Marketplace my have told the IRS that you applied for coverage that you did not ultimately take, or that someone on your tax return did. Please call the Marketplace and be sure they do not have a Form 1095-A on record for anyone on your return or any of their social security numbers, in case someone enttered an incorrect humber on their application.
Healthcare.gov
1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325). Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except holidays)
Then, be sure you don't have a partial form in the return.
When you enter that section, it automatically defaults the answer to "Yes", so if we change the answer to "No" and Continue until we are back at the main Deductions and Credits screen, it will stay checked as "No".
First, be sure there is no Form 1095-A information in the ACA section. Use the trashcan icon to delete.
Then, go back and answer "No" to the question Did you receive Form 1095-A and Continue until you are back at the main screen.
It will be saved with the "No" answer for you to resubmit.
