There are two likely options for why you are not receiving emails from TurboTax.
First, you are actually receiving the emails, but they are going to your junk email folder. Check to see if they are there.
Second, you may not have updated your email in your Intuit Account.
You can confirm by selecting Inuit Account in the bottom of the black column on the left. Review your information and edit as necessary.

I've checked my email and spam but the code is not there can they send it in a text
