The TurboTax software will not efile my taxes. Why not?

Rerun check my tax return and look for any error notices. If there are any errors the tax return will not e-file. I had a strange one. One of my 1099's did not have a street address, only a P O Box. I had to put N/A for the street address before Turbo Tax would accept the return.

Also, if you owe TurboTax fees, you will not be able to Electronically File your return until you either have paid your fees or made arrangements to have your fees withheld from your Federal Tax Refund.

When I clicked on efile, the system would not file replying, 'duplicate SS numbers'.

I would not pay twice to file taxes. LOL. 

I paid with my CC, have receipt.

If services are not rendered, refund of charges will be immediate?

If you received this error, check all Social Security numbers in your return against their Social Security cards. You can do this by selecting the Personal Info tab and going through these screens again.

• If you come across any inaccurate entries, correct them and then try e-filing again.
• If you verified that all Social Security numbers are correct, contact us and one of our representatives will assist you.
