The FTB stated that business meals for 2020 are 100% not 50% Turbo Tax is showing 50%

Business meals remain deductible at 50% for tax year 2020.

For 2021 and 2022, they are deductible at 100% as long as the expense is for food and beverage provided by a restaurant.
