It's probably due to either bandwidth of hard drive space. Best to type it in manually since sometimes the picture doesn't always grab everything

Agreed! The time you waste struggling with the software is not worth it. Just key in the W-2 and be done with it.

I used take "a picture of your form" to enter data for all forms. But after I finished federal and state, after final review, turboTax wants me to re-enter the data.Why?
