The 2022 Turbotax Partnership tax file will not upload to the 2023 Turbotax program. How do I get it to upload?

I was able to upload one partership information to prepare and extension but the other two won't transfer to 2023.

Thank you, it is fixed.  I spent over an hour on the phone with one of your tax experts and we finally got the program to work but very cumbersome, not like in prior years where uploading prior year returns was not complicated.
