If we filed jointly but injured spouse and the they had a debt to the state that they were making monthly payments on, would they take their half of the return to pay that off even though automatic payments were set up?

Yes, they will take your refund even if you are making monthly payments until it is paid off.

I’ve been to the irs and I have called the market place. I was informed my taxes should go through but they still keep rejecting them. I don’t have no insurance sheesh
