I understand you don't have access to a desktop computer at the moment, which was the best option. Most of the time, switching to a regular laptop/computer does the trick.
Since you are using the App, try switching to a web browser. This will be your best-second option. Try this option regardless of whether you are using a phone or tablet. Sign on your TurboTax account through a web browser.
