A spouse cannot ever be claimed as a dependent. A married couple can file as married filing jointly or married filing separately. So what happened? Did your spouse file a joint return that you did not agree to? Are you trying to file as married filing separately? Did you live together for at least the last six months of 2019--or did you live apart? Are there children? Who are the children living with?
you can't really stop your husband from violating the tax laws. if what you say is true you can file for 3949-A with the IRS.

also, you maybe should file for innocent spouse relief.
