I only received dividends on a stock. Did not buy or sell any stock? Do I have to use the Premium of the on line version of Turbotax?

IRS Schedule B reports interest and dividend income. If Part II line 6 is over $1,500, IRS Schedule B must be included with the tax return.
If IRS Schedule B is included with the tax return, TurboTax version Deluxe or Premium is required.
So, if you only report $100 in dividend and interest income, Deluxe or Premium is not required.
If you report $1,501 in dividend and interest income, Deluxe or Premium is required.
In TurboTax Online, you may be able to Switch Products or Clear and Start Over.
Switch Products or Clear and Start Over may be found in the lower left hand corner of the screen if it is available to you.

As long as you:
you may erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online. If you have done any of these things, you will need to manually edit your return.
Thanks for this input.
I entered my return using Deluxe like I did in the past. However, I used the online version and printed a draft of all documents. I got the message I had to purchase Premier because of the stock purchases. I raised the issue with an excellent phone agent and she confirmed that was the case after checking some references, but she agreed to give me the credit to cover the cost of the upgrade. After the upgrade I printed my return again. Same results. Dont guess I needed the upgrade after all, but I appreciated the credit.
