Why doesn’t turbo tax answer anyone’s question on this forum?????? You took everyone’s money? I know it’s not all turbo tax’s fault the IRS is also at fault!

My question is, why the hell do we have to post to a forum instead of directly emailing, live-chatting, or calling a professional from this **bleep** company?
