Went to irs.gov, try to track my stimulus check and according to them they sent it on April 15th 2020 to the account that is registered to my TurboTax card but once I open the app my money is not there what should I do?

What app are you checking? The stimulus payment won't show up on any TurboTax apps as nothing goes through TurboTax. If your direct deposit information was a debit card, see below. If the funds were returned to the IRS, they will reissue the funds either by using updated banking information or by check to your address on file. You can update your banking information here.
We have not yet received confirmation from the IRS on whether they will be putting stimulus payments on prepaid debit cards. However, we have noticed that the IRS has started depositing stimulus payments on some prepaid debit cards for taxpayers that chose to receive their refund through that method in tax year 2019 or 2018. If you received your refund on a prepaid debit card in tax year 2019 or 2018, here is what you need to know:

That's my turbo tax card account that's the last 4. I have turbo tax card app from the app store. Still have no money. But according to the picture above it saying that it did send it..
It may take a day or two for your Stimulus Payment to show up on your Debit Card.
@ThomasC1337 Hey iust wondering if you deposit ever came and how long after April 15? I am currently going through the same situation where I have a date of the deposit but no money.
