Start return again

You can void or cancel your return in TurboTax Online before you have paid, registered, or clicked the final transmit button by using the Clear & Start Over feature to start over again. If you have already clicked "Transmit" or filed, you cannot cancel the return.

Sign in to your return in TurboTax Online.
Select Tax Tools in the left menu, then select Tools.
Click Clear & Start Over.
Answer "Yes" to confirm.
