Standard Deduction for MD

We are filing Tax Returns 2020 jointly, both over 65 years, resided fully in MD.

Form1040 shows our Standard Deduction of $27,400 - correct according to me.

Form 502 shows our Standard Deduction of $3,100 but I read on the MD gov website that it is $4,650 for taxpayers filing jointly for the year

Please, what am I missing?
