Someone living aboard for entire 2022

I have been living aboard for about a year and a half. But last year I didn't have a job but made crypto and stock trades. Altogether didn't make over $1,000 but would still like to file taxes just to have it on file. 

Could I use the Premier Edition to file? if not which edition would fit me,

Either use the TT online Premier version if you want to keep the history intact  OR  you can use any of the TT downloaded versions ( Basic if you don't need a state return)   OR   you can file for free using one of the IRS FREE FILE options available in a week or 2.   https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free
