It's 48 hours away till deadline for submission. Too close for the site to be down for an "unknown" amount of time. Come on.........

I have to mail my returns on October 15, 2019----when is the site going to be up?   If it is not up will Turbo Tax pay my pently fee for filing late?  These programs are great until something goes wrong.   Can someone from Turbo Tax give e an answer.

It appears that this site has been down since the 10/09/2019 and the filing is 10-15/2019.

This has not been a common issue in the forum, so it's not clear what you are referring to.  If something is preventing you from logging into your online account, you can phone TurboTax Support during business hours.   Or you can describe what you are experiencing by "site down", and someone may be able to comment further.

There are extended hours on Tuesday, Oct. 15.  Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern).   After the 15th, hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern).
