This has not been a common issue in the forum, so it's not clear what you are referring to. If something is preventing you from logging into your online account, you can phone TurboTax Support during business hours. Or you can describe what you are experiencing by "site down", and someone may be able to comment further.
There are extended hours on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern). After the 15th, hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern).
