It sounds like you have one of the Desktop versions. Are you using File and Open to open the return?
If you are in TurboTax Online, make sure you are in the same account where your return resides.
Try closing TurboTax, rebooting your device, and opening TurboTax again to see if your file will open.
Check to see if your operating system was in the middle of an update and needs to be run again.
Try clearing your cache and cookies. If after trying all of the options mentioned you still have the same problem:
