Since covid-19 is making in person applications complicated, could I file my taxes without my daughter's ITIN? She's 2 years old

Why would you leave her off? You then do not qualify for the dependent credits or CTC. If she has an ITIN she just wont qualify for the stimulus. The stimulus requires the primary and secondary taxpayer have social security numbers.
