I am having the same problem with attempting to get to Schwab login.  Changing display settings (display resolution/font size) allowed me to finally see the screen, but then I could not enter any information in the fields.  I called customer support and reported the issue.  They said a similar issue is open with Chase login, but no information on if/when it will be fixed.
