I clicked the do it yourself option as I have done for years, however, upon checkout it automatically charged expert help fees which were never utalized and will not allow a change without clearing and starting all over again! Why ask and have us choose options if you plan on throwing in hidden fees anyway?

If you are using TurboTax Online, you can downgrade to a different product. See the following steps on how to do it:

In the left menu, select Switch Products.
Select Downgrade.
