Returns that do not have an SSN or EIN for each dependent care provider are not eligible for efile. I don't have any providers. How do I correct this?

@TeresaM thank you for your assistance. Just as an FYI, please see the screenshot below. I am going to assume I will still be able to e-file my state return once the federal is accepted and the software issue that is the basis for this message board, is resolved.

Yes, after this error message is cleared, if the return is otherwise ready to e-file, you can return and complete the Kentucky e-file.  There are directions in this TurboTax Help article for when it is ready

It is my pleasure to help.  The screenshot did not come through but this is a very specific message in the Kentucky return, so it should be fine unless you have another question.
