Return was rejected. Payment was processed by my cc company. Does IRS receive the payment or do I need to pay again?

Yes, the TurboTax fees were paid.  But I owed the IRS and submitted the payment but the return was rejected.  I used a credit card and it did hit my account.  I corrected the return and it was accepted.  So will the IRS receive their payment or do I have to pay again and then ask them to reimburse for the first payment?

Actually the IRS payment shows as "Pending".  I assume it will come off in a few days and that I do need to resubmit the payment.

It depends on how you set up the payment method.  You can visit the following TurboTax help article for instructions on how to see what payment method you chose.  If you set it up to come out of your account, they will deduct it from the account.  If you set it up as a check, then you will need to print a voucher to send with your check.  The program will give you all that information.
