Normally, every year I receive an IRS PIN for my two children (twin 7 year olds). However, we moved 2 years ago, and I haven't received my PINs in the mail since. How can I obtain the PINs for my children? Please don't respond with "go to the IRS and use the retrieve PIN option", because that only applies to adults who can produce an ID to pass identity verification. My kids do not have an ID! Anyone know the answer to this?
I called the IRS already and they said I should've received them in the mail. If I didn't, I would need to paper file AGAIN. I did that last year and have yet to receive my refund and don't want to go through this again if I don't have to.
Thanks!

Have you changed your address with the IRS?
CHANGE OF ADDRESS

According to the IRS site, yes, because I filed with the new address last year (for 2019 and 2020).
Mail from the IRS has been very slow this year. Yesterday I finally received a letter from them that was mailed the first week of December.
Good to hear. I hope that's the case this year because I really don't want to paper file again.
