My family, wife and children, and I are nonresident aliens for less than 6 months (arrived in August). Can i claim them as dependants?

You can't use TurboTax to prepare a non-resident alien return, even though the program does not ask about your resident status.

All non-resident tax return forms like 1040NR, 1040NR-EZ or 8843, are available with instructions on the IRS website.

You can also use software like Sprintax to guide you through the non-resident tax return preparation process.

If you are asking about the stimulus payments it appears the answer is no, you nor they will be eligible.  To be qualified you must be US citizens and have valid social security numbers.

Here is a link with more information on the stimulus payments.
