I paid $87.99 for 2017 Software and It will not download. How do I get my money back?

What is the roadblock? Is there any error message? Or does nothing happen when you click the blue download button?
Have you tried downloading it with a different browser?
If it can't be resolved in this forum, Customer Support can likely help you download it while you remain on the phone, or can refund your money.
What kind of computer are you trying to install it on?
