My daughter in law received a stimulus check in the amount of 716.70, and a second check in the amount of 216.70 Her income for her 2020 taxes is over 150,000.00 . On her 2020 taxes is she entitled to a recovery rebate.?

It depends.

If the amount of stimulus she is entitled to based on her 2020 income is greater than what she actually received, she will receive the difference as the Recovery rebate credit.

However, if what she actually received is more than what she is entitled to, she does not have to repay the difference.
