I got disconnected from the tax specialist provided by Full Service for some reason. He emailed me and instructed: 'When you call TurboTax, you can ask to have your return prepared by me. My name is John...' When I called 1-800-446-8848, they were only able to assist with technical issues and couldn't connect me back with my tax specialist. Can someone help me with this?

After several attempts, I’ve been unsuccessful in reconnecting with my tax specialist, as I keep getting transferred from one new specialist to another. I feel bad because my original tax specialist has already completed almost half of the work for me. Could someone help me out? I would really appreciate it.
You should have messages from your tax professional in your online message center. Log back in to your TurboTax account and check out the message center. Your tax professional has also been trying to reach you.
The problem is I was disconnected my previous tax specialist.

Yes, I am working with a new Tax expert.
However, I feel sorry for John O as he has worked halfway done for my tax. I don't know how to reconnect with him.
