IRS has several addresses that can be used as the address is not a part of processing that affects the outcome of taxes due or refund. You may use this address for your tax return to accomplish successful e-filing.
Internal Revenue Service, P.O. Box 1214, Charlotte, NC 28201-1214
TurboTax has tons of programming issues that are being worked on and this one will most likely be addressed.
Seeing how others are saying to simply enter any other IRS center's address, I did find the address of the IRS office at that zip code 39901. Google map will put a drop pin at that zip code. It almost looks like the zip is for "one building: IRS". If you zoom in, Beverly Hills Dr & Buford Hwy, you'll see an "Internal Revenue Service (IRS)" drop pin. Clicking on it shows the address: 4800 Buford Hwy NE, Chamblee, GA 39901
the interest is probably because the IRS was tardy in issuing you your 2020 refund. the amount would have been included in the refund. the actual payor is the US Treasury, not the IRS. Address and EINS are never needed for 1099-int's or even most other items unless taxes are withheld. in most cases, where no withholding the address and EIN are not transmitted as part of the e-file.

Okay sweet I’m not the only one. I received on too with no info so it won’t let me file at this point. Pretty annoying
Great....I filed 1/28. I just received this in the mail today (2/7). Do I just let it ride without amending? Please say yes...
if in your position I would also have loved to hear 'yes' but i think they ask for it to be amended. not sure what happens if you don't.
