When I used Turbo-Tax Premiere online yesterday, it stated when I got done that I could not e-file because not all forms were ready.
Today, I got an e-mail from Turbo-tax saying e-file was ready.
I returned to Turbo-Tax Premiere online and got that same information that e-file was not ready.
Why am I getting conflicting information from Turbo-Tax and what is being done to correct it?

I think I understand that forms are not ready.
What I don't understand is the e-mail from Turbo-Tax that said:
(Please Sign in to Your Account) We've Got E-File Ready for You
Why did you say e-file is ready when it isn't?
Have you tried to clear your browser's cache and cookies to see if that clears up the issue? Sometimes a full or clogged cache will keep TurboTax from functioning correctly or catching the form updates.
