Program Not Updating manual changes

I want to change primary residence property tax amount. Program won't let me. When I go into forms and change data, not relected in my tax due/refund. Do I need to start over with blank return?

My deductions were imported incorrectly from my quickbooks. Turbo tax will not let me manual change them.
