Problem with 1098-C

I'm using turbotax deluxe. I donated a car and received a 1098c form from the chairity for $2,700. When I go to donations and 1098c, and enter donate a car, it takes me straight to other deductions (find amount for other items on ebay etc.)

I never get a question, like if I have a 1098c?  Or anywhere to enter it. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

In TurboTax Online Deluxe version, report a donation of a vehicle on an IRS Form 1098-C:

• Go to Federal / Wages & Income / Deductions & Credits / Charitable Donations / Donations to Charity in 2021.
• Click Start / Revisit to the right.
• At the screen Do you want to enter your donations?  Click Yes.
• Enter the name of the Donee.  Click Add to the left of Items.
• At the screen How do You Want to Value Your Donations?, click I'll value them.
• Enter the date of the donation.  Continue.
• At the screen Choose a category for this donation, select Car, boat or airplane (may be reported on Form 1098-C).
• At the screen Tell us about the items you gave, enter the information requested.
• Subsequent screens ask you to enter information for IRS Form 1098-C.
