Wife clamied kids on taxes was not supposed to till divorce final ok'd by court her name is [removed] can someone help with this

Under IRS rules, the custodial parent (the one the child lived with more during the year) has the right to claim unless they sign a Form 8332- which grants the right to the other parent.  If you are not living together and the children lived with her, she can claim unless the pre-divorce paperwork addresses the issue- in this case you would have to go to the family court for an order to get her to change.

This company is a bunch of low lives! Ive been filing my taxes with them since they went online, and now I'm being blackmailed to give them money or they won't file my taxes! I'm pretty sure extortion is a felony! I was on the phone with a "specialist" who figured out I haven't payed for the elite service and hung up on me! I have never experienced such discrimination from a tax service about my financial wellness. Last year I didn't make too much money and this year my return is hefty, you saw that and I don't appreciate you trying to put your sticky hands in my pockets! I hope your company goes under and the crooked board members get a life sentence! How dare you extort someone for trying to obey the law and simply file their taxes!

I promise you next year they wont get my services... They offer free tax filing but wanna charge me 70 dollars and think they gonna get **** when they aint doing their job. Federal Trade Commission will be contacted if i dont get my money. The Attorney General as well.
