Paying for State Return

Was going to ask why I had to pay to e-file my state return when your advertising says "one free state return". Saw the answer to the previous person who asked the same question. I think your advertising is deceptive and you should spell out that you will still get hit with a $24.99 plus tax charge. I've used TurboTax for over 20 years but think I'm looking elsewhere next year.

It only takes seven people with the same problem which can give substantial rise to same common issue — in other words many others were also deceived by the state filing undisclosed charges

I live in one of the few states with no state income tax.  I was aware of the fees during the season I worked at a call center for TurboTax.
