You are NOT enclosing a payment.  Did you say you will mail a check on your return? Or did you enter your bank account for the IRS to debit your bank account?

Sorry if this was not clear. I paid the taxes online using IRS' direct pay option (so electronic payment). But I am mailing my return. Since the payment was made electronically, I am NOT enclosing any payment (check, bank acct etc). Question is which of those two addresses should this type of return be mailed.

Seems pretty clear.  You are not enclosing a payment.  We understood your question.

If you're using snail mail to send in your printed tax return, but you sent the balance due electronically, then you're NOT ENCLOSING PAYMENT.

By so indicating, they won't be looking for a check or money order, or whatever, when they open your envelope.
