I have 1 issue, Some of the forms do page break correctly when trying to print or save to PDF. There will be pages that have a small line only at top of the page. Others pages I see the page number several lines down from the top of the page. Some of the 'one page' forms just are not fitting on a page as they should.
Secondly, I too have had large returns of 80+ pages and in order to print them you cannot simply direct the printer to print the entire document with a 2-sided option because some pages are 1 sided and some are 2-sided. If you print them all together then you will have data on both sides of every page when you only want the 1-sided pages to have a blank reverse side.
for example, 3 forms. form 1 has 1 side, form 2 has 2 sides and form 3 has 1 side.
If you print all together using the print on both sides option, you wind up with 2 printed pages. Page 1 side 1 is side 1 of form 1. Page 1 side 2, which should be blank) now has side 1 of form 2. Page 2 side 1 is side 2 of form 2 and on page 2 side 2 is the side 1 of form 3.
Can something be done to designate when a 'New" page is to start? Something like 'this page was intentionally left blank' in order that the entire document can be printed correctly.

improper page breaks are usually the result of incorrect printer settings. some printers allow you to custom select what pages you want to print so you could select the single-sided pages/forms first and print them. then adjust the printer for double-sided printing and select those pages. can't give specifics on the double-sided because printers vary.
The incorrect page breaks can be seen in the PDF file even before printing

I hate that TurboTax still doesn't do this correctly. I don't think it would be hard to set it up. Is there any way to suggest this to Intuit to do in their software?
